-御石燒-📍旺角.最近都經常約朋友食日式石燒燒肉,將油脂放上已預熱的石板上、把油脂均勻地塗在石板上,然後將肉類放到石板上燒熟就可以。.朋友帶咗我去哩間係旺角的餐廳,除咗提供燒肉之外,仲有唔同嘅鍋物可以選擇。.御燒極上級黑松露吉列牛 ($148)一上枱見到份量都好大,有十片厚厚嘅牛肉,外層沾上帶有黑松露味嘅炸粉。餐廳建議每邊燒3分鐘至牛肉熟透,估唔到燒到全熟依然充滿肉汁,肉質依然幼嫩。.但係我鍾意比較生啲,燒到五成熟左右。食落好香牛肉味,加埋外層嘅濃郁的黑松露味炸粉,味道好夾。.御燒極嫩牛舌芯 ($118)牛舌芯嘅份量同樣好多,顏色粉嫩,燒到外層金黃色,食落爽口彈牙。.主食可以選擇白飯或椰菜絲沙律,我選擇左椰菜絲沙律,份量都好多,加上開胃嘅醬汁,中和左燒肉嘅油膩感。.
