To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這食堂可以講是金玉其外,敗絮其中。地點、裝修、食物都可以,可是服務和管理其差。沒有帶位服務,客人自由選位,選了位又沒人理。服務員眼裏只看到一兩枱熟客是人,其他客人是透明的。有兩位身形肥胖的服務員見到客人叫執枱都扮看不到,只去這兩枱熟客打招呼,比牙簽。莫非這兩個服務員是這兩枱客聘請的或是收授了什麼呢?另外,你想點餐又是無人理,自己去收銀處比單,比大排檔還要差。只有廚房師父和傳菜職員密密做,努力工作。這樣下,香港的飲食業真被這食堂拖跨,希望香港飲食業界敬業敬業樂業吧。

服務員眼裏只看到一兩枱熟客是人,其他客人是透明的。有兩位身形肥胖的服務員見到客人叫執枱都扮看不到,只去這兩枱熟客打招呼,比牙簽。莫非這兩個服務員是這兩枱客聘請的或是收授了什麼呢?

另外,你想點餐又是無人理,自己去收銀處比單,比大排檔還要差。
只有廚房師父和傳菜職員密密做,努力工作。

這樣下,香港的飲食業真被這食堂拖跨,希望香港飲食業界敬業敬業樂業吧。
