To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇完雪姨介紹嘅蛇羹嘅youtube,即刻放工專誠去中環買碗蛇羹返屋企試吓。本來滿心歡喜好大期望,一打開大佬真係嚇咗我一跳,個湯底稀到好似水咁,仲要搵嚟搵去都搵唔到啲蛇肉,成碗野好辛苦先搵到一條蛇肉絲,其他嗰啲都係啲瘦肉扮晒嘢,冇蛇肉都算啦,個湯底好食就話姐,點知個湯底淡茂茂,好少藥材味,真係從來冇食過咁難食嘅蛇羹,仲賣到成百幾蚊一碗,完全搵老陳。 原來今年冇攞到米之蓮都係有原因嘅,平時我都好少寫差評但係今次真係忍唔到。
