今日中午同朋友去開銅鑼灣,又夠鐘要搵野食啦,見到台灣野-囍筷,個名夠過癮,就入去食下先。咁食台灣野就一定會點紅燒牛肉麵,我今次亦唔例外,麵彈牙湯底濃郁、牛腩唔會太韌,而且唔吝嗇比足大大四舊牛腩。朋友叫佐炸雞腿便當,一個便當附有滷蛋、調好味既矮瓜等等,雞腿唔會炸得太乾、幾惹味。一份餐再加小小錢就可以叫埋小食,我地另外叫佐一份鹽酥雞小食同炸豆腐,兩個都好好味,唔會太油膩,調味醬汁亦非常合適。加上叫餐亦可以加台式喝料,我地叫佐冬瓜茶同百香果綠茶,甜道剛好、夏天消暑一流!
