To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係北角上堂,但附近冇野食。去左距離上堂地點十五分鐘既太興。去太興食飯,正路食燒味最安全。不過,都係冇我想食既乳豬飯,最後叫左個星州炒米,連凍飲$61。份量偏少,賣相正常,但只係得黃色,淡茂茂完全無味,食左等於冇食,事後仲要出去溝貨……又貴又難食加埋零招呼,無下次……如果肯屈就去上堂地點附件比較多麻甩佬既茶餐廳,唔使比咁多錢,但肯定好食過佢..........

Other Info. : 我同人搭檯,對方叫茶餐,個炒蛋賣相極差而且質感十分硬。另一方面,發覺對方要求叫左兩碟辣椒油.......莫非對方碗雪菜米都係冇味﹖
