To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興,一個新派燒味檔,一改以前傳統格局同裝修,行一啲前衞進取既方向發展 ﹗太興啲燒味我都好欣賞,我一向都唔太喜歡叉燒,只有一兩間燒味我會食佢,太興係其中一間。十幾年前我係廣東既 fans,但依家佢地啲出品真係好唔掂。其實太興好多選擇,但每次都係食燒味飯。奇怪地,係太興堂食係超好食,但一外賣返屋企食啲味道同口感都差好遠,到底係咁巧合?係黑仔?定係餐廳既市場手腕呢?十二點幾未到已有人等緊位,好采只係等三四張,可以啦。叫我地號碼喇喎,但要搭枱,我當然唔制啦,寧願等多陣。又再叫我地號碼喇,我好似中奬咁滿心歡喜跟住個侍應,一望到張枱時,我面色一沉,心諗我等咁鬼耐居然比張摺枱我 ﹗比張迷您方形摺枱我 ﹗有無搞錯呀 ﹗我用左約十秒鍾舒緩我既情緒,照坐。硑究吓個 menu,坐左幾分鐘野都未叫,見後面寬倘既卡位啲人走喇喎,我就即刻問侍應可以轉枱,佢就問用對講機問門口位同事,答我話會嘗試安排,我就話唔緊要,算啦。但我當時感到心底裡面已起起地火,面有難色。我朋友就即刻用重一點既語調駁落去話,我地等咁耐都係想坐得舒服啲咁食野 ﹗可否依家就轉比我地呀 ?侍應諗左半秒,就話無問題就依家轉啦。係依件事上面我發現我應

燻蹄叉雞飯,叉燒香甜、燻蹄腍滑、雞胸都算滑溜且雞味濃,燒味豉油香,撈飯一流,飯夠乾身又唔黏口,好味 ﹗蔥油帶好強烈既花生油味,唔太喜歡。如果係燻蹄度加點麻油會更香,同埋如果係淅醋度落啲生蒜米,味道好更出,會越食越想食 ﹗

冰鎮奶茶,十幾廿歲時都日日飲奶茶,近年都大多飲齋啡喇,但係依度啲奶茶真係好滑好滑,茶同奶同糖既份量配合得非常好,而且冰鎮唔好令到杯奶茶越飲越淡,而且仲可以保持溫度。傳聞依種方法係太興首創?唔知係咪呢。

滑蛋蝦仁會烏冬,似乎啲蛋少左啲喎,個芡汁就勁多。啤水明蝦,勁爽,但不太自然。味道幾濃,雞粉味精搭夠。烚烏冬,幾好啦,都無太過火,算幾好喇。
