Restaurant: One Point Zero One

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天想吃台灣菜,來到中海日升中心,之前試過旁邊的龍鳳號,這次來試一試壹.01。 這裏的餐點很有趣,跟一般的台灣菜有一點點不一樣,應該花了不少心思設計菜單。我們點了風琴豆腐牛肉飯和薑蔥蜜汁排骨飯。 風琴豆腐牛肉飯的風琴豆腐應該有用牛肉汁煮過,吸飽滿滿的湯汁,非常入味。牛肉的份量很多,伴以煮透的洋蔥,白飯已淋上足夠的牛肉湯汁,每一口都很有味道,真的是個好吃的牛肉飯。 薑蔥蜜汁排骨飯非常特別,炸排骨香脆多汁,沾上均勻的醬汁和蜜糖,味道非常配合。旁邊放了滿滿的青蔥絲,中間在放上一大坨薑蓉,驟眼看以為會很辛辣,但是他們的薑蓉味道很溫和,配着油炸的排骨,反而有點解膩的作用。這種吃法還是頭一次。
