To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一想到食小菜就會來到深水埗這間金豪酒家,這裏的小菜鑊氣夠味道又不錯,所以很喜歡來這裏食晚飯🥣上湯浸豆苗脆綠色豆苗浸在鮮甜的上湯,加了小小蒜片,更加提升菜的味道,食吾停口😋避風塘尿蝦肉師傅刀工一流,把賴尿蝦肉起殼再烹調,賴尿蝦炸到酥香,蝦肉新鮮鮮甜,配上炸蒜頭一齊食,蒜味撲鼻,口感一流😋咕嚕肉咕嚕肉先炸後炒,再加入糖醋汁而成,口感帶點酥脆,味道卻酸酸甜甜,好清新,肉質較為軟腍,與外層嘅脆皮形成對比😋亮哥炒飯炒飯食落不會太油膩,配料有蔬菜🥬蛋白及小許乾瑤柱絲,雖然簡單但夠晒鑊氣,食落都很惹味😋
