To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 娘娘胞姊很喜歡這裏,每次來尖沙咀用餐,大多會光顧這酒家,無他,水準穩定,價錢公道,更重要的是,它一邊大玻璃面向維港,八時,一邊用餐一邊看著“幻彩詠香江”,有外國朋友的話,首選!這晚,人還未齊,但來早的都餓了,所以大家也有點興致,先來個“大壽包” ! 這壽包不得了,不但餡料飽滿,端出來熱騰騰的,一個西柚那麼大,雖然作為飯前小食可能有點誇張,但我們有幾個人分享,還好。這幾個家常小菜,“脆皮南乳雞”、“菜脯肉碎白飯魚煎蛋”、 “密柚梅子京燒骨” 和 ”西蘭花帶子”,水準如常的好,不錯。這“鹹菜胡椒豬肚鯛魚片煲”一定要評論一下 ... 這個配搭有驚喜,一個潮式、帶胡椒辣的砂鍋菜上,把沒骨刺的魚片剛剛灼熟,也把魚片一般有的腥味壓了下去, 於是把切得薄薄的魚片變得更嫩滑、美味,口感、味道可稱一絕!切記,一定要把湯喝光!
