最近和朋友開了這家新開的精緻中菜聽。餐廳環境很美,播放著舒緩得音樂搭配柔和燈光,整體感覺很舒服。餐牌選擇多,晚市又有各款套餐。今次就先試了單點菜色。點了幾款家常菜色但味道很不錯呢。首先是一開始的餐前小食-琥珀核桃。裹了糖衣的核桃,又香又脆吃不停!還有很足料的XO醬,很多瑤柱恨鮮,配很多菜色也非常百搭。前菜胡麻茄子很開胃,芝麻醬夠多,茄子軟腍。海皇酸辣湯,個人很喜歡。酸酸辣辣開胃之餘又惹味!材料豐富多口感,鮮味十足!試了兩個比較家常的菜色,砂鍋涼瓜燜頭腩。份量好多!尤其是頭腩好像吃極都有一樣。魚肉口感爽脆但不失嫩滑口感,整體好有鑊氣!而另一道荷香蟲草花雲耳蒸雞。一上檯已經聞到荷香,雞肉非常嫩滑有肉汁!最後的安格斯牛鬆炒飯,同樣有鑊氣而且炒得夠乾身。
