今日同朋友喺荃灣聚會,我哋揀咗近荃灣地鐵站的「元氣壽司」,午餐時段都好快可以入座,在疫情期間,當然要量體溫才可以入內,每一個單位都被板子隔開,真有啲冷漠感,好懷念以往的熱鬧日子。今日叫咗油甘魚壽司、玉子壽司、炙燒帆立貝壽司和軟殼蟹手卷。油甘魚壽司 的油甘魚都很肥美很新鮮,唔錯。玉子壽司是我好喜愛的,但總覺得以前的比較好味。炙燒帆立貝不是我的喜好,但朋友食到津津有味。炸軟殼蟹手卷 每次我都必定會吃的,剛剛炸好的軟殼蟹配上好味的汁醬,再以紫菜緊緊包着每粒分明的壽司飯,簡直係美食,每次必選。
