To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日到外父外母家吃飯, 先來這裡暫料. 在大埔中心附近吃燒味的選擇不少, 這裡是比較貴的一家, 當然, 集團式的經營, 是讓人更有信心.叉燒: 5分, 要了半肥瘦的叉燒, 但實在強差人意, 瘦肉部份是實實的, 幾難咬得開, 肥肉部份還算幾香口, 但佔了一大半都是瘦肉. 肉質乾乾的, 用來送飯, 也不太對口味.燒肉: 7分, 比叉燒出色, 雖是外賣, 皮還算幾脆, 肉是肥瘦相間, 但都忍不住要連肥連瘦同吃, 是骨頭比較多, 吃完面頭一層, 更發現下面部份是啖啖骨.大家用實際行動來道出那一項較好. 燒肉是一陳就吃光, 叉燒就吃剩不少, 大家吃完一件也嚇怕了, 不敢再要它搏鬥.
