To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度搶包山預賽, 緊係入去趁下熱鬧啦!雖然是預賽,長洲都塞得水洩不通,一落船就見這間,可惜都找唔到位食飯,唯有買外賣出來食啦!可以揀的款式多, 有套餐, 散叫,假日套餐我哋點左日式海鮮炒烏冬、番茄豬扒包煨意粉同楊洲炒飯,外賣每款食物加1蚊等了約10分鐘才有, 盒子很大,份量一般日式海鮮炒烏冬:海鮮量一般,多是魷魚頭尾,椰菜硬、不過每條烏冬都入味番茄豬扒煨意粉:番茄芡汁意粉,豬扒唔腍楊洲炒飯:飯炒得很乾, 材料份量一般, 不過味道不錯
