台灣鹽酥雞肉燥乾拌麵 $64
麵線幼,好軟好滑,感覺不太合適作拌麵。說是肉燥,不如說是滷肉比較適合。拌勻後,麵線食落比較黏口,醬油味甜甜地,肉很淋,肥瘦均勻,不過整體份量不多。鹽酥雞有6件 ,粉漿脆,雞肉嫩,灑上椒鹽,有台灣的味道。另有半隻滷水蛋或一棵小唐菜。

香酥炸雞腿便當 $68
雞腿不算很大隻,但炸得很脆,肉很嫩。便當配有辣菜哺、粉絲、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、滷水蛋半隻。賣相拼色相當吸引,但飯不多,菜哺少烤辣,很惹味,拌勻食用口感豐富。

附送茉香綠茶,少少甜,解膩不錯。
