今年婆婆想生日黎呢到食飯,所以就揀左呢間同佢慶祝生日.其實好多年前我地全家都有黎食過,但係我就好細個,媽咪話果陣阿公仲喺到,食過呢間野就係咁彈佢.本身婆婆諗住咁多年間野仲喺到,d野食應該有進步,但係食過呢次之後,我地以後都唔會再黎:S

叉燒加咸蛋我都係第一次食,但係叉燒可以再肥d,同埋咸蛋唔夠咸.鮑魚青瓜片其實係d超級普通嘅野,滷水豆腐都OKay啦,只係咸左少少.但係齋雞就唔好喇,除左太硬,佢只係求其煎下個面就算,咁簡單嘅野都可以整到咁難食:S 肴肉簡直係岩岩雪櫃拎出黎,淨係得雪味,完全冇肉味,我仲食到有少少冰


彩鳳即係雞肉,煮得都OKay啦.菜炒得幾爽,唔太油,咁多碟最好係呢碟架喇-v-

西蘭花煮得唔夠淋,同埋d鵝胸冇味,仲差過街市買番黎自己整嘅鴨胸-_-

婆婆話咁多碟最好食係呢碟.其實我幾鐘意佢個皮,但係佢講到明係脆皮,不過一d都唔脆,食落去似沙翁質地多d.裡面嘅雜果只係雜果罐頭裡面嘅菠蘿,一d都唔甜.同埋個卷入面除左菠蘿.仲有得麵粉味冇蟹味嘅蟹柳.

雖然雞皮都算脆,但太乾身.雞肉方面又唔夠滑,d肉好老.

西芹唔夠淋,同埋冇咩味.海斑唔新鮮,肉質唔鮮甜,一d味都冇,而且又唔滑,好明顯係冰鮮魚黎


條魚又係同上面果道一樣唔好食,唔係有蒜茸我都唔會再食落去


魚翅有d腥-_-

呢個荷葉飯只係面頭或這底好近荷葉嘅先有少少荷葉味,其他真係一d味都冇.佢仲用左雞肉同蛋黎整呢個飯,但雞肉同蛋都係完全冇味-_-
呢一餐真係好唔掂,我地以後都唔會再黎呢間食.同埋我地未見過一間
酒樓可以有烏蠅

之前婆婆生日,去果間港灣都唔錯,不過都執左喇,但係將軍澳咁多間
酒樓,總有一間好!
