To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行4人想試廣東小炒,友人推薦去呢間金豪,通常這種外表無咩特別,內部一定好多神秘高手(菜餚)出沒。剛來就有幾圍人走,等左30分鐘左右可以入座。坐下來馬上叫一個古法生炆龍躉,龍躉皮成尺厚的骨膠原非常令人討好(女士必食),味道不錯,不過不知是否我們這個比較重手,有點過咸,不過大概上還是不錯,色香味齊全。避風塘瀨尿蝦(食左1/3先記得影相),送飯一流,第一次食到既瀨尿蝦會剝埋殼俾你 + 避風塘炒 + 白飯,避風塘香料入哂D蝦肉度,加落白飯真係超級美味,絕對推介。芥末牛柳粒,牛柳粒食落有WASABI味,不過完全吾辣,味道很香口,牛肉質感、水分都剛剛好,一口一口食,正到呢。最後叫左個奶油菜蔬同jj雞煲,將熟到9成既雞倒落去熟既熱瓦煲,聲音效果很到位,感覺又夠哂鑊氣,食落口好香、彈牙,幾爽!最後,走左去第到食個靚糖水閃人hehee(這間沒有糖水xd)
