我地揀左12道菜每人$1180廚師發板最驚喜嘅地方係你唔會知道你自己嚟緊食啲咩,啱晒無主見嘅朋水。加上呢間係食創意料理,就會係驚喜之中嘅再驚喜。前菜係牛油果🥑慕思沙律🥗整體好Fresh. 第一次食呢個菜,超級爽脆。主菜方面。我最鍾意海魚刺身。有唔同嘅魚片刺身。點黃綠芥末同佢地個特製蝦頭蝦腦蝦膏汁。濃郁但又冇搶去魚嘅鮮味,反而有種相互相承嘅感覺。橡木果煙燻鴨胸。揭開個蓋嗰陣時已經好有氣勢。係視覺嘅一種享受。鴨胸燻得岩岩,嫩身帶鴨香又有少少煙燻味。兩隻鵪鶉蛋滷得相當唔錯。蜆肉鰹魚清湯係用咖啡壺蒸餾鰹魚汁再倒入蜆肉啫喱。好特別,清清地都幾好飲。麻辣三文魚粒配米通,三文魚砌成粒狀撈四川麻辣醬再夾米通,成件事中式得來又好夾。米通超級脆。甜品都會有三款;用蒟蒻做嘅冷麵條檸檬雪芭Lego啫喱
