To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於屋企附近嘅添好運,一直都的唔起心肝過嚟(始終都係人龍店)今日終於有機會趁佢啱啱開門唔係好耐(未夠10點)走過來食,希望唔使點排隊啦果然早起嘅蟲仔有點心食一去到唔使等就入得去((🫢見其他人好多post都有門面相睇,咁我就慳返啲相位唔post門面樣啦))一嚟叫咗個我想飲嘅冷泡茶茶錢都要$12位,而且仲要+1 添坦白講$12一個人話貴唔貴話平唔平,普普通通啦,而呢個冷泡茶就未必做到我對冷泡茶既期望*不過佢做到茶樓少有嘅可以揀唔同嘅茶有傳統熱茶、特色熱茶同冷泡茶其實都難得嘅(要加分加分…)好快就嚟咗「古法糯米雞」一打開糯米雞特別在係好乾身嘅,唔似平時酒樓嗰啲油冧冧勁濕嘅糯米雞,都好夠味嘅, 但係我就略嫌佢太乾身而且佢雖然乾但係都唔係少油㗎😱跟住嚟咗呢個「百花釀油條配香辣蟹膏」$35嘅價錢得三條,但係功夫嘅價錢已經抵返晒啦!一咬落去;油炸鬼鬆化,入邊係彈牙嘅蝦滑配埋(應該係)滿滿嘅豆瓣醬,蝦膏仲有啲蛋絲添有樣睇係靚仔嘅嘅🤭不過個辣醬就鹹左D(仲要我都算係一個重口味嘅人🫣食得淡嗰啲人 應該會覺得佢好鹹)***但好得意嘅係(抱住唔好嘥嘅心態)我將認為係伴碟嘅芫荽🌿同埋個釀油條一齊食,竟然有另一番

好快就嚟咗「古法糯米雞」
一打開糯米雞特別在係好乾身嘅,
唔似平時酒樓嗰啲油冧冧勁濕嘅糯米雞,
都好夠味嘅, 但係我就略嫌佢太乾身
而且佢雖然乾但係都唔係少油㗎😱

一咬落去;油炸鬼鬆化,入邊係彈牙嘅蝦滑

有樣睇係靚仔嘅嘅🤭
不過個辣醬就鹹左D
(仲要我都算係一個重口味嘅人🫣
食得淡嗰啲人 應該會覺得佢好鹹

哇呢個不得了「酥皮焗叉燒包」
$30蚊3件嘅價錢,但我真係覺得好好食

(有時遇着好食嘅嘢,真係唔需要睇價錢)
一咬落去入邊係空氣包嗰種質地好鬆化

但係鬆化嘅內裏係滿滿嘅叉燒

佢嗰個叉燒就係平時我哋食開茶樓叉燒包嗰種叉燒醬嘅叉燒

但係佢又冇咗傳統叉燒包嗰啲黐牙嘅白色包
換咗係似菠蘿包嗰啲包
食落去暖暖地,甜甜地 唔會太甜

之後嚟到嘅就係我好鍾意食嘅「炸兩」
腸粉皮唔薄唔厚啱啱好
入邊嘅油炸鬼又係非常之鬆脆
就算擺耐咗先食都油炸鬼未話去到腍啤啤
食得出佢嘅油炸鬼真係做得非常之好

之後又點少得飲茶必要嘅「燒賣」
燒賣雖然入邊睇唔到有滿滿嘅肥豬肉
但係口感卻係有好油潤嘅感覺,
入邊充滿咗冬菇嘅味道,同埋大大粒嘅蝦
咬落鬆軟唔會死實實

有排吉~~~🤭🤭🤭
蒸嘢果然係耐啲,
終於到咗男人發辦嘅「豉汁蒸排骨」上場
講真排骨我麻麻哋😅
同埋一上嚟嘅感覺有少少失望
因為真係得嗰幾粒,數都數得出
但係味道👅外貌,佢都係做得到應有嘅水準
個樣望落都幾「清秀」
(唔會話有一大舊肥膏當一粒)
內裡既排骨都係形狀靚仔又半肥瘦
而且蒜蓉豆豉味都做得好足,
係一疊好味嘅豉汁蒸排骨

最後黎到既
係我之前經過門口已經想嗌嘅「豉油王炒麵」
豉油王炒麵好乾身有鑊氣好香口
滿滿既材料、麵係分開嘅唔會黐埋晒一齊
佢好夠味😋
跟埋一齊有辣醬(應該係余均益)
但其實因為佢嘅味道本身做得好足,基本上都唔需要點辣醬

店員唔算好勤力收碟
就算放到成枱都係嘢
都可能會疊到有小山咁高,佢先至會幫你收一收

當時咁啱做緊一個活動
就係like and share會有桂花糕送
但店員完全冇提過,
碰巧聽到隔離遊客問店員
最初頭店員仲話落左單唔可以取消
就算送嗰個桂花糕,只可以送多一個
對待遊客嘅態度都唔算友善

但係喺一間不停做嘢嘅人龍店度
返工其實都係一件難事
Keep到服務態度真係唔容易
始終服務業都唔係咁簡單
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
經過食一食係可以
但如果要排隊山長水遠走過來食就咪啦
味道係好食嘅,但係唔值得要排隊
或者其實可能係我嘅字典裏面冇嘢係值得排隊
最少我覺得佢唔值😅
