身為潮州人應我都好鍾意食潮州嘅嘢食,上網見到呢間餐廳嘅店主都幾熱心,而且佢丸係潮州專登運送返香港,覺得年輕人都幾有熱誠。經過呢度就去試吓啦!我哋叫咗個豬三線米線,一邊我哋叫咗多冬菜、多蔥、多芫荽、多芽菜。好似餐廳可以自選咁樣去多啲幾樣配菜,但係呢度真係好大方平時我都好鍾意係咁叫配菜令到成碗面更有風味。豬肉丸,扎肉,腩肉都令過足口引,入邊嘅肉丸有肉汁,而且都有豬肉嘅味道,除咗彈牙佢仲有好香嘅味。另外腩肉同埋扎肉都整得幾好。另外都叫咗個小食自家牛腩燴,入邊有好多種唔同牛嘅部位而我最鍾意食嘅就係牛腩,牛腩炆咗好耐,所以入邊有牛味之餘而且好軟嫩。另外仲叫咗炸雲吞,平時出去都勁鍾意食炸雲吞,貪佢出邊脆口入邊就充滿蝦同埋豬肉嘅鮮味,呢度都炸得唔錯。朋友叫滷水雜錦薈,雖然我冇食佢嗰個但係都聞到滷得好耐嘅香味。小店嘅店主加油都感覺到你哋好有心機好年青嘅後生仔,加油啊!

另外仲叫咗炸雲吞,平時出去都勁鍾意食炸雲吞,貪佢出邊脆口入邊就充滿蝦同埋豬肉嘅鮮味,呢度都炸得唔錯。
小店嘅店主加油都感覺到你哋好有心機好年青嘅後生仔,加油啊!
