陽光普照☀️,同班老友去咗銅鑼灣一間懷舊潮州菜館食午餐。新年超旺場,全場爆滿,人聲鼎沸好熱鬧🎉!我哋預早訂枱,等咗五分鐘入座,環境裝修古色古香,枱與枱之間有空間,坐得舒服。服務員姨姨快手友善,即刻落單叫點心,氣氛正到爆😋!
煎蠔餅:蠔餅煎到金黃香脆🦪,蠔肉份量啱啱好,鮮甜多汁。做法係用新鮮蠔混合蛋漿煎炸,火候控制一流。食落外脆內軟,香口到停唔到口,必點之選👍!
蝦餃:蝦餃皮薄透光🦐,餡料用爽脆蝦肉,鮮味彈牙。做法傳統蒸製,時間拿捏準確。感法一啖咬落爆汁,滿足感滿分,雖然細粒但足料,我飲茶必叫😍!
腸粉包海鮮卷:腸粉外皮滑溜🌯,包住脆炸粉、紫菜同大粒蝦肉,口感層次豐富。做法創新,唔係普通腸粉。食落脆脆地加紫菜鹹香,過癮到震,超級推介👍👍!
