To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過茶記,今日去左以前上環番工附近既諸勝堂,雖然選擇唔算特別多但樣樣睇落都好好食,掙扎左一陣拎左兩個lunch set外賣番屋企,值得一提係佢地prep 外賣好快手,我等左冇5分鐘就有得拎了要左一個飯一個意粉,首先個蝦口滑蛋飯堅正,打左飯盒數數有成六七粒蝦口,蝦仁看起來飽滿剔透,咬起來爽口彈牙,而個秘製甜鼓油不得了,加上日本雞蛋簡直又香又滑,撈落飯度可以食多兩碗而叉燒滑蛋意粉更加係色香味俱全,叉燒話係自家工場製作,薄切全瘦肉,但唔會乾韌,配上豬骨濃湯底冇得彈,咁有水準都不過係$48仲有熱飲送,加多$3仲可以將牛油多士轉做健康既沙律菜;咁高性價比既茶記絕對有下次
