To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期的大家樂也遵守非常時期的法例建議,每隔一張枱就放有留座的牌仔,盡量給予顧客相當的飲食距離,這點使我較放心去光顧的。食物方面,這期算是有少少驚喜的,阿華田雪糕就食過,但阿華田西多士就未聽過啦,聽到個名都想試下挑戰下,原來是把阿華田變成了漿狀,類似煉奶般加到西多士上,少少偏甜,但試試無妨,如果餡料放到西多士內一起炸,可能會更好味。另外燒鴨瀨粉是長勝的,諗唔到食咩揀佢啦,下午茶嚟講鴨件都算多,肉質正常水準長期都keep到,再免費升級紅豆冰相當抵食。
