To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 酒樓設於黃大仙的商場內,是街坊食市,十分親民。早上看完日出便到此飲茶,点菜上菜十分快,旁邊全為街坊街里。但食物超級實惠,很多孖寶都30多元,食物味道一般,而且食物長時間蒸著,很多都過度蒸熱,食品又爛又無味。菜肉雲吞,我就少有地嘗到如此的厚皮,腦海中,那厚雲吞皮真連香港街市都找不到,令雲吞又硬又實,不可能評為好吃。棉花雞是比較神奇的一個点心,重蒸的次數太多了,連芋頭條也夾不起來,全都蒸爛了!還好粉果、腸粉、牛肉沒有被蒸到這程度,否則不用吃了。。
