To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約舊同事聚舊,在佢公司附近的一家餐廳食晚餐,内部裝修新淨,卡位寬濶,叫了兩個中式晚餐。上菜速度快,等大約五分鐘便煮好。菠蘿咕嚕肉68元,賣相唔錯,肉粒表面脆脆地,內裹肉質軟硬適中,配菜青椒洋蔥都炒得幾好,菠蘿少少酸少少甜。蝦醬通菜鮮魷64元,蝦醬香噴噴,好惹味,鮮魷剛剛熟唔硬,通菜幼嫩,送飯一流。碗白飯好正,軟硬適中。餐飲㨂了「茶走」,即係紅茶加煉奶,茶味好濃好苦,煉奶本身好甜,一苦一甜,搞混嚟飲。
