To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同學推介午餐到常悅吃素菜,有推介當然就更好了!我們一行共四位,點選五個小菜,先來雞絲粉皮,混了麻醬有淡淡芝麻香,沒有豉油味道偏淡,在家吃我喜歡添少許豉油、麻油。羅漢齋炒麵,我們要的辦麵,有少許梘水味的,大家都勉強吃光。烤麩,似炆冬菇的廣東小菜味。火腿扣芋頭&煎釀秋癸都非常滿意,合時芋頭又粉又腍配合入味濃汁,外形睇得又好食。原來烹調秋癸用作煎釀是十分可口,外脆香口的秋癸,雖然都吃到切口有少許滑潺潺感覺,是可接受的。對免費咋喳糖水用料和甜度都感到滿意。

原來烹調秋癸用作煎釀是十分可口,外脆香口的秋癸,雖然都吃到切口有少許滑潺潺感覺,是可接受的。
