尖沙咀中港中心新開omakase,裝修雅致舒適,餐廳坐位不多, 但小巧溫馨的餐廳卻讓人更多與師傅交流, 居高臨下的廂房更加是望到九龍公園,氣氛環境都一流。-午餐的Omakase Lunch Menu 只有兩款今次Order 的Business Lunch Omakase 有前付, 刺身, 季節料理, 壽司, 手卷, 玉子燒, 吸物和甜品。Omakase 除了是廚師發板, 也是藉此欣賞師傅的用心備料的功夫與手勢, 當中介紹材料和交流心得的環節, 也讓我對鮨盛留下深刻印象。-先付胡麻豆腐&水果蕃茄帶有懷石料理的感覺, 有濃郁的胡麻香氣而水果蕃茄好清甜-茶碗蒸食材簡單而嫩滑,鳴門卷、雞肉、菇,雞蛋滑溜-刺身秋刀魚踏入9月尾10月,最新鮮肥美莫過於秋刀魚吧~師傅把魚薄切,一塊塊粉紅魚肉,入口盡是甘香油脂肉質嫩甜的味道。-北海道仙鳳趾生蠔用上北海道仙鳳趾生蠔,差唔多成掌心咁大隻,肉身肥厚、質地滑口,添上些三文魚籽食味道更清新。-季節料理鹽燒金鯛師傅把金鯛燒至金黃色, 外皮燒得脆脆的, 滿有金鯛的鮮甜--深海池魚深海池魚肉質細緻, 爽口之餘味道甜美-金目鯛魚肉肉質細嫩、味道鮮美-醬油慢煮帶子厚肉的
