To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本只係食個午餐,唔諗住影相,但食物質素真係……,希望老闆睇到,出品有問題,自然就無客,星期日下午一點都只係坐得一半客。午餐焗牛脷意粉:全部幾件牛脷都竟然無剝皮,直接俾客食,圖1我已經咬走半圈的皮才影相,圖2脷尖的皮都唔剝!我自己都識煮嘢,牛脷層皮唔剝係好核突、噁心,唔係剝唔清,係件件都有皮黐住!我諗真係全港都無一個廚房會咁樣出俾客食!意粉係非常之稔,雖然對茶記唔會要求高,但啲意粉仲稔過大X樂,似幾十年前的快餐店水平,真係好懷舊!另一個午餐係點了炒飯,點了唔夠兩分鐘就上枱,唔熱,只係溫溫哋,明顯係炒定一大盤,有order就上碟,但係可唔可以整返熱少少才上枱?一係保溫做好啲吖!真係衰過食兩餸飯,兩餸飯都熱過坐餐廳食,但價錢又貴過兩餸飯,咁點會有客回頭?抵讚嘅係樓面哥哥好有禮貌、勤快,見到燒味好靚,應該好食,但廚房咁差真係要改善!
