蝶豆花木魚清湯,呈紫紅色湯底配上食用花同新鮮爽脆感既蔬菜小卷,再配上鯛魚刺身,顏色配搭上既吸睛程度猶如一盤精緻既藝術畫作呈現係眼前。

傳統法式鵝肝牛柳
法國最傳統最高貴既奢華食法,五成熟既filet mignon配上一大塊煎到脆香既法國鵝肝,未進一步開始食之前已經單單比賣相吸引住。隨住切開鵝肝同牛排之後,牛肉肉汁隨即從內流出黎,再以一小片既鵝肝一齊放入口食,香濃既鵝肝味再同牛肉味道互相擇映衝擊住味蕾,每一啖都似將精華既味道細嚼緊出黎。配上外國小蘿蔔同其他小蔬菜,蔬菜甜味為到油膩感得以消退。
