To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這次是我得二次來訪,上次專程來到Fast Gourmet想試流心牛角包,點知卻撞正Restaurant Week,太多Booking連牛角包做都做唔切。最近餐廳搬上左一個舖位,老闆娘記得上次嚟到無得食好失望個樣,人不在港都叫廚房留定俾我。泰式冬蔭功牛角包 ($36)今個夏天的限定口味,切開牛角包就見到冬蔭功湯湧出黎,牛角包香酥唔油膩,可以用黎點冬陰公湯,湯底不太辣,整體酸感比較重,加上椰絲甜,令菜式口感味道多層次發揮,夏天就係想食酸酸辣辣的菜式。龍蝦湯要自己把湯倒入碟中,因濃湯沒有加入忌廉等配搭,味道是很單純質感濃稠的龍蝦湯, 龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。湯的溫度是剛好不燙口,整體造得不錯,只是飲到尾有點膩。Sous-vide Chicken Salad, Avocado, 62c Free-Range Egg餐廳o既溫泉蛋都是用 Free-Range Egg無圈養雞蛋,這種雞蛋不受抗生素影響,價錢比較高,蛋味確實沒大分別,以62度慢煮蛋保持住流心狀態,沙律醬加入了提子乾,多了一份天然甜度,另外o既牛油果,慢煮雞塊嫩滑,口感十分豐富,份量都幾足。Caesar Saland with minced

泰式冬蔭功牛角包 ($36)
今個夏天的限定口味,切開牛角包就見到冬蔭功湯湧出黎,牛角包香酥唔油膩,可以用黎點冬陰公湯,湯底不太辣,整體酸感比較重,加上椰絲甜,令菜式口感味道多層次發揮,夏天就係想食酸酸辣辣的菜式。

龍蝦湯
要自己把湯倒入碟中,因濃湯沒有加入忌廉等配搭,味道是很單純質感濃稠的龍蝦湯, 龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。湯的溫度是剛好不燙口,整體造得不錯,只是飲到尾有點膩。

另一個沙律都係用Free-Range Egg,沙律菜夠新鮮,食落爽脆,伴勻沙律汁及溫泉蛋蛋汁,三文魚碎粒及芝士粉,口感不會太乾,夏天食幾舒服。

Black Truffle & Sous-vide Egg with Risotto
因為想知道用左咩Superfood,連我這個不喜Risotto的都點了一客試試。原來餐廳用了健康高纖的白藜麥 及 生熟薏米 代替 米飯,就算是無麩質飲食o既朋友都可以放心享用!換左SuperFood 口感很有趣,煙煙韌韌半生熟般,加埋溫泉蛋及黑松露伴食,口感恰到好處唔會太濕淋淋,不過朋友覺得整體淡味左少少(而我覺得味道ok)

Angus Hanger Tenderloin 6oz with Homemade Demiglace & Black Truffled Mashed Potatoes
肉類選了真空慢煮牛,牛肉份量不多,帶鮮嫰的粉紅色不會滲出血水,正!牛肉生熟度剛好,脊肉的肉質柔嫰。而伴菜的薯蓉亦十分出色,質感幼滑好似食雪糕般,黑松露味突出。

新店坐得比舊店舒適樓底高,一班朋友說說笑笑分享美食氣氛很casual,值得一提是侍應好好幫我Keep 住個蛋糕(在附近幫家人買的),雖然朋友說口味有點淡,但我覺得還不錯,因為我喜歡吃食材的原味呢!
