To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時幫襯唔少，宜家越做越差，唔知係立間有問題還是其他都係越來越差。 之前夜晚去吃一次，個個顧客吊曬鬼，唔夠人手就冇接咁多客入來啦，菜出品又求夠其，煲仔菜出來就一滴氣都冇，滴鎹就加熱俾你吃，炒飯就暖暖得冇鍋氣（咁樣我吃炒飯把燃啊）。 今日兩個鎹外賣，一個五色蔬菜，一個荔芋椰汁雞煲，就一個煮法，拉油，滴嘢全部拉油俾汁撈埋一齊就算（宜家茶餐廳都冇咁求其啦，唔該你得整返好小小啦）。真係整衰自己既招牌，最好換一批廚師啦，或者培訓下啦。其實味道一粒星都多餘。
