To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 感激E間野,令我第1次寫食評嬲到升仙!例1)明明叫燒味雙拼例牌+2個白飯 0黎左1個燒味雙拼飯 待應仲要話您明明叫雙拼飯 錯仲唔認,仲要眼BEAR BEAR咁。例2)叫左1碟菜,催3次,等半粒鐘先黎。 由超餓變嬲,嬲變已經唔餓例3)1碗白飯,都係催3次未見過如此差勁既待應什麼服務態度自己錯,仲怪D客人。本來為燒味以來點知燒味跟D員工1樣變差。好好地1餐飯,係想食飯,唔係想0黎收氣。
