To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食片皮鴨,見到金公館片皮鴨做緊工作日半價優惠,滿懷期待來返一隻試下。竟然今次俾我第一次食到凍既片皮鴨,同店員問點解片皮鴨係凍既,佢竟然propose 叮熱返俾我地食😖仲要叮熱返來,都只係暖少少😢😢應該一開始發現片皮鴨係凍既就要退左佢,都唔知擺左幾耐擺到凍⋯⋯ 就連皮蛋瘦肉粥,竟然都只係暖暖地,唔係熱辣辣,粥唔係應該一直擺係煲度保持溫度既咩,實在諗唔明點解可以做到粥都唔夠熱,實在差到無得再差,之後一定唔會再去
