今日同朋友二人到觀塘找好野食比我地搵到一間打冷店,飯店面積好大,職員非常有禮貌的招呼,先安排我地到卡位就坐!點了鹵水掌翼做餐前小食,份量比想像中多,好香花椒八角味,掌翼亦已好拆裝,等你食的時候唔使咁狼狽底下有豆付襯托!打冷梗係唔少得蠔仔粥,原本想點個大size的,但職員說細的已夠食蠔仔好大隻,無腥味,粥底好香方魚味,身為潮洲人既我都覺得挺正宗。生啫銅盆魚雲用薑蔥爆過後再加錫紙焗煮,非常入味及有鑊氣!豆豉鯪魚油麥菜不會太油,鯪魚份量亦好足夠!
