這晚約朋友出嚟食飯,我係飲食網找呢間川燒,看到這間川菜串燒好有創意,就決定試下,大家預咗有排傾,天氣又凍凍地食下辛辣左就最我哋兩個食“辣友“。飲品方面我們點了竹蔗茅根,貪佢清清熱又解喝。燒一口鵝肝多士$48,就已經第一時間點,上枱又見鵝肝燒得焦香,入口外脆內軟,一口尺寸啱啱好好。吾係紐西蘭大蘑菇$28:呢個大蘑菇扒,個名真係好攪笑用“吾“係紐西蘭大蘑菇,呢個大蘑菇扒食落好香蘑菇味再加灑左既香草,真係好好味!燒羊仔架$56/2件:呢個燒羊仔架肉質鮮嫩,調味好之餘仲不會覺得有好重的羊羶味。鹽燒黑豚肉秋葵卷$22:呢個都算係新創意串燒,用左薄切黑豚肉包著爽脆同滑潺潺的秋葵,平衡兩種質感形成既對比,外面黑豚肉燒到脆脆而裡面的秋葵又不會燒得太乾。燒煙肉荔枝卷$20,又係新創意之選。燒油麥菜$15:一直好想燒油麥菜,想試下係咩味道,終於可以試下,外表燒得香香的,入口保存住蔬菜的爽嫩同埋孜然一齊燒味道真係一流。秘制醬BB 燒豬肋骨$128:我食左一口之後,發覺豬肋骨加上秘制醬汁燒得非常入味,愈食愈上癮,但又不能食太多,我仲要食甜品。燒鮮白鱔$38:我同個朋友都中意食魚之人,呢個燒白鱔直頭正,白鱔肉質

黑松露燒腐皮溫泉玉子$30:外層燒得香脆脆的腐皮,加埋溫泉蛋來燒,上面再加左蔥花同黑松露醬,將全部加起一齊食非常好味。

冰爽涼伴黑木珍珠耳$36:用左珍珠黑木耳比用傳統大片木耳做涼伴,比較入味同爽口,再加上麻辣汁,一試上癮。
