To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去長洲都是吃港式美食、甜品,今次再來吃了連島民都推薦的新加坡菜。嚟食的餐牌本身都有素食,主打新加坡家常風味料理。下午 12:00 至 17:00 會有午餐供應,另外在太平清醮期間更推出了素食限定菜單。這家店的位置其實不算顯眼,但走進去就會發現裝潢雖然簡約,但很溫馨自在。午餐可選清新的田園沙律或是娘惹生菜包 + 主食。娘惹生菜包吃起來都是既清新又有開胃效果,而且口感層次很豐富。加 HKD 18 可多點 Creamy turmeric cauliflower soup。薑黃的味道頗為突出,但入口溫潤順滑,椰菜花打得很細緻。新加坡素叻沙 (HKD 128) 一上桌就聞到很誘人的香味。湯喝起來辛香又不過辣,椰香濃郁卻不膩口,會讓人不自覺地想多喝幾口。米粉亦很爽滑﹐還可以加自家製的參巴醬來增加辣度,吃落會更惹味。配料還有彈牙的素魚蛋、紫菜腐皮卷等,是很有誠意的一碗。參巴番茄意式素肉丸配法包 (HKD 128)素肉丸口感紮實得來有彈性,不會像某些乾柴的素肉丸。再加上酸香微辣的番茄參巴醬和香脆的法包一起享用,十分滿足。烤雞髀菇 x 炒黃面 (HKD 98) & 雞髀菇椰漿飯 (HKD 88)前者

烤雞髀菇 x 炒黃面 (HKD 98) & 雞髀菇椰漿飯 (HKD 88)
前者擠了金桔汁後吃起來帶點果酸,讓黃面除了醬香外多了點層次感。
煎成網紋的雞髀菇外層微微焦香,咬落會有汁。
後者的椰漿飯再加上蛋黃更添濃郁滑香。
