未夠7點已經滿場,好彩我地6點就到,唔係就要等位🤨🤨

睇餐牌有7款唔同牛嘅部位可以揀,職員會好主動介紹唔同部位嘅特點俾你聽,有啲油脂豐富啲,有啲就牛味重啲,任君選擇。 每塊扒都會放喺岩石上面,由廚師用封煎方法煎至一成熟,鎖住肉汁,生熟程度又食客自行決定😛😛


我比較鍾意有啲油香嘅部位,所以我就食牛側腹扒 200g ($128) 加$30就有五選三套餐(飯🍚/薯條🍟/湯🥣/沙律🥗/飲品🥤 )唔好睇少200g,食完相當飽🥰 牛側腹比起西冷冇咁爽,但油脂較為豐富🧐


同行朋友就食西冷,同樣200g 但就$118,牛味比較濃,肉稍為實啲,經封煎方法鎖住肉汁,配埋廚神特製紅肉牛肉汁,好夾👍🏻👍🏻


至於湯方面,有別於普通嘅麵豉湯,佢係加埋蜆肉落去煮,份外鮮甜🥣


無講裝修,服務態度定食物質素都好值得回頭,唔怪得我食食下都聽到隔離枱話係第二、三次返嚟食🤣😍
