朋友介紹過好多次了，今次喺OpenRice搵美食嘅時候又見到呢間，毫不猶豫就去打卡了。入面環 境好舒服，重點係喺呢度我哋感覺有被尊重，因為呢間店真係提供你新鮮嘅牛肉質量，而唔係臭 腥味份量又少嘅，真係完全冇敷衍!星期日晚仲有自助bar~分享下我哋嘅食評:薄灸蔥花牛舌(鹽味) 🌟🌟🌟🌟微灸燒嘅牛舌口感鮮嫩彈牙，加上新鮮檸檬汁滲透入牛肉中，更能帶出鮮甜味道，鹽味調味簡單 但卻係口感層次好豐富嘅高級部位~薄炙牛五花(燒肉醬) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟精選牛五花嘅講究在於切割刀法，呢間嘅牛五花油脂厚度均勻，燒烤後搭配秘製燒肉醬食起嚟非 常入味，每一口都好飽滿多汁。牛舌(鹽味) 🌟🌟🌟薄切牛舌唔需要燒烤太耐，單面烤熟後就可以食了，搭配佢嘅特製鹽味更能體驗到日本道地風味 嘅牛舌口感，外焦里嫩噢~肉眼上蓋 🌟🌟🌟比肉眼本身嘅口感更軟嫩，更富含油花，鍾意呢種口感嘅朋友可以試下。菠蘿 🌟🌟🌟結束後再嚟個菠蘿協調下味蕾，酸酸甜甜，好清香。
