假日去了太平山一趟,居然發現了鼎爺開了一間中菜館,午餐已吃得好飽,只是一場嚟到,都入去食少少野,捧吓場!我哋大約黃昏時段入座,選擇了窗邊的位置,順便可以睇日落🌄餐牌除咗有燒味之外,也不乏有幾款點心。 ✅蝦餃:皮薄蝦爽,一籠3粒✅黑松露燒賣:最愛黑松露,師父出手也不錯,黑松露算多,熱騰騰的燒賣,大大粒,好足料,味道不錯,都係一籠3粒✅銀魚仔蒸腩片飯:腩片帶有些肥肉,好有口感,又好惹味✅燒鵝瀨粉:皮脆香口,肉質不太「鞋」,但好貴🍺🍺由於太熱,叫咗2支青島,啤啤佢🍻中菜館以懷舊作裝潢,門口有大大個鼎爺的紙牌,又有以大排檔風味的場景,打卡一流。也有露天雅座,雖然是山頂,但炎夏,可免則免,留待秋冬天再試試吧!

餐牌除咗有燒味之外,也不乏有幾款點心。

✅蝦餃:皮薄蝦爽,一籠3粒

中菜館以懷舊作裝潢,門口有大大個鼎爺的紙牌,又有以大排檔風味的場景,打卡一流。也有露天雅座,雖然是山頂,但炎夏,可免則免,留待秋冬天再試試吧!
