香港有「美食之都」之稱,各國美食都可以喺呢度搵到。屯馬開通真的很興奮,趁住屯馬線開通同朋友去咗土瓜灣搵食🥳。去左一間叫「Lamees」嘅餐廳,呢間餐廳提供地中海菜和中東菜。第一次試感覺新奇。先點一款叫Fettosh嘅沙律。有青椒、青瓜、車厘茄同洋蔥,加上檸檬汁同中東香料SUMAC調味,香口清新。落左橄欖油感覺冇咁乾。前菜點左「香煎法國雞肝佐紅石榴汁(Kibdeh Chicken Liver)」旁邊有成大片檸檬角,先唧d 檸檬汁落雞肝闢走酥味,再將雞肝放喺包入邊一齊食。雞肝落左紅石榴汁、洋蔥絲同黑椒調味,唔會太酥。誠意推薦大家必點「焗黑松露奶油通粉(Macarona Bel Foron)」,真心好食!😍😋通粉唔會過腍,同鋪喺通粉上面嘅芝士粉一齊食好有口感。奶油香滑,加埋黑松露更香口!最後食埋個甜品——「甜芝士卷包著鮮忌廉(Halawet El Jibin)」就為今次嘅美食之旅劃上完滿句號啦。芝士卷味道似芝士蛋糕,但比芝士蛋糕軟滑,鍾意芝士嘅朋友可以一試。芝士卷上放左玫瑰花,入口盡是玫瑰花香~🥰加上糖漿食落甜甜地。
