To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #christine開飯日記上次食完佢嘅全血和牛放題,一直都好想再食多次。今次就食左性價比高啲嘅澳洲200日穀飼牛套餐。3百幾記已經食到和牛同海鮮放題👍👍🌟花花果椰子雞(+$39)佢哋最新出咗呢個無花果椰子雞湯,我都幾推薦嘅,飲落都幾清甜,加上佢嘅雞件係選用走地雞,肉質比較有咬口👍🌟澳洲200日穀飼牛牛肉都幾新鮮😍而且唔會好油膩,食多幾盤都仲得🤣仲有牛舌同和牛可以揀,我覺得呢啲牛肉都幾高質嘅👍唔食牛嘅朋友羊同豬可以揀,質素都唔錯架🌟海鮮我最推薦佢嘅生蠔同埋大蜆,蜆肉好新鮮,而且鮮甜☺️生蠔都好香海水味,不過如果再大粒啲☺️口感就更好啦🌟小食佢都有多款嘅台式小食選擇嘅例如鹽酥雞、地瓜球、榴槤波波、黑糖糍粑等等。鍾意食榴槤嘅一定唔可以錯過榴槤波波👍佢嘅餡料用料都幾重手,仲有少少流心嘅感覺🍴一鼎‧台式火鍋 (屯門)📍屯門屯隆街2號屯門時代廣場北翼L3樓36-37號舖
