今日屋企諗住唔煮飯,經過屯門燒味滷師,喺門口玻璃入邊見到佢啲燒味好似好新鮮,二分量亦都幾大份,於是就叫咗叉燒、燒鵝、客家鹽焗雞同埋老師傅燒腩仔,返到屋企加熱就食得,非常方便我最推介嘅就係呢度嘅叉燒同埋燒鵝呢度嘅叉燒半斤已經好大盒,而且肥瘦均勻,半斤$39 ,一斤$78 ,真係性價比好高燒鵝方面,燒鵝個皮非而且佢仲有秘製醬汁至於燒腩仔,燒腩仔皮十分香脆,而腩仔肉唔會太肥或者太瘦,一層肥一層瘦,層次分明客家鹽焗雞非常入味,用鹽焗方法秘製嘅雞肉特別有香,未打開盒滷味,已經聞到鹽焗雞嘅香味,而且份量亦非常多,雞新唔新鮮好影響到雞嘅質素,呢間既雞都好新鮮,再點埋姜蓉,好match
