其實屯門有很多隱世美食,今晚來到一目日本料理,刺身非常新鮮,食落有驚喜!刺身盛六點刺$3686款刺身由廚師發板,廚師會選擇當造的魚做刺身,今日的是牡丹蝦、海膽、帆立貝、油甘魚、深海池魚、吞拿魚各兩件。完全沒想到在小店吃到質素那麼高的海膽,極鮮甜,完全不腥牡丹蝦晶瑩通透,鮮味很濃。深海池魚比一般厚身,爽口清甜。油甘魚油脂香重,食落齒頰留香。帆立貝看賣相就看得出美味!超級甜的。吞拿魚也是超美味的。壽司盛手握壽司六件—— $168 (廚師發板)壽司方面,則有牡丹蝦、柚子油甘魚、深海池魚、火灸左口魚、鰻魚和海膽。部分與刺身盛重復,但太美味了,我很樂意多吃一次。壽司飯口感很好,相對刺身是吃魚肉本身的鮮味,壽司更注重調味(當然魚肉還是要新鮮)。左口魚經火灸後油香更突出,油甘魚加了柚子調味後味道更清新。牛油果吉列炸蝦卷$88牛油果口感滑溜,配上香脆炸蝦和珍珠米飯,經典又美味的卷物!
