作為一家精品酒店, 定位和連鎖集團的高級飯店有所不同, 雖然是同樣的高格調, 但是私隱度更高, 而且餐廳不用多, 有一家高質素而又可以包含早午晚三餐, 甚至是晚上喝兩三杯聊聊天就可以. Salisterra就有這樣的功能, 而且窗邊位置可以從49樓遠眺維多利亞港及中環的景觀, 單純這樣比很多酒店的西餐廳來得出色.Salisterra也不是第一次品嚐, 基本上吃的就是地中海菜, 所以會吃到有法國及意大利結合的風格. 今次因為人多關係可以品嚐多幾度菜式, 最吸引的當然是原條骨上的肉眼扒, 以及馬賽魚湯. 前者肉質夠嫩, 肉汁豐富, 不會骨邊位過生而其他部位過熟; 後者的湯頭比一般的更濃, 而且賣相更精緻, 看起來似魚肉和海鮮更為突出, 湯頭味道夠鮮, 再加上微微酸味, 吃起來很舒服.蕃茄乾是環繞整餐晚餐都出現的角色, 從頭盤的牛肉他他, 到之前提及過的馬賽魚湯也有, 這裏的蕃茄乾果酸到剛剛好, 再浸過橄欖油之後, 更能突出其果甜, 甜酸柔和結合, 雖然不是主角, 但在提升食物味道之餘, 也更好表達其地中海菜的風格.
