疫情放媛,放寬可以晚間堂食,緊係急不及待外出消費下,好耐冇食串燒啦,行過太子附近見倒原來”禮”係呢度開左間分店,之前幫襯過九龍城(打鼓嶺道)果間,印象中食物質素唔錯架👍🏻。“禮” 一貫日式居酒屋格調,一張長Bar枱,另外幾張4-6人餐桌,簡潔企理。前菜 – 牛舌,非常林滑入味,切成丁粒非常有咬口蟹肉薯餅 - 入面蟹肉同薯蓉結合成餡料,入口creamy,外層炸漿薄薄一層,炸至金黃,做得非常酥脆可口😋。蟹膏玉子燒 – 呢個真心推介,超好食,玉子做得非常滑溜,中間包陷住流心蟹膏,味道非常濃郁鮮甜,外層仲鋪滿大量蟹子,放入口唔同鮮味同幾個層次嘅口感係口腔大爆發, 超好食。燒秋葵 – 好鍾意秋葵獨特嘅味道,上面鋪滿木魚碎,起左提鮮作用。燒鰻魚 – 肥美肉厚,外皮燒得乾身香口,肉質鮮嫩,入口油花充斥整個口腔,呢個都係要推介。媽媽鹹蛋豬肉捧 – 真係好似食緊媽媽煮嘅鹹蛋肉餅咁,好有家嘅味道。富士蘋果煙肉卷同埋青森青提豚肉卷,最有特色係加入甜美嘅生果,不但增加唔同口感,更可減少食肉嘅油膩。
