To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 𝙻𝚞𝚗𝚌𝚑 𝚂𝚎𝚝都幾抵食，而且選擇都幾多，有牛排、𝙿𝚒𝚣𝚣𝚊等等。呢個價錢包咗咖啡茶或者汽水，另外加$𝟹𝟶就可以轉紅/白酒/啤酒～仲有湯或者沙律，我地兩個都要咗湯，而當日嘅餐湯係忌廉蘑菇湯，飲落偏清淡，如果再𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚢啲就正喇！加咗小小炸脆片，神奇地浸住湯都無變淋😛

尼泊爾餃子𝙼𝚘𝚖𝚘有得揀豬肉或者雞肉，我哋貪心兩種肉類都想試使叫做一半一半😛今次係我第一次食𝙼𝚘𝚖𝚘，感覺上同平時嘅蒸餃子最大分別係佢加咗好多洋蔥，令到成件事好香！餃子皮厚身煙韌，偏乾，但裏面嘅肉汁搭救，再配埋酸酸甜甜嘅辣汁，好開胃！

當日嘅𝚍𝚊𝚒𝚕𝚢 𝚙𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚊係𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚋𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚊，而佢嘅煮法係我最喜歡只用蛋汁去煮嘅方法！！平時好怕嗰用上忌廉過份𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚢嘅𝚌𝚊𝚛𝚋𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚊，呢度嘅完全無呢個問題！同餃子一樣加入左大量洋蔥，再加埋芝士同煙肉，整體好香好滿意🥰而長通粉軟硬度適中，有少少咬口～
