To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尼泊爾菜最常食嘅都係餃子😛,但今次終於一嚐另一番風味。店員大力推介傳統尼泊爾米飯拼盤,説是其他餐廳比較少見的一道菜式,孜然姜黄飯、腌製豬肉同菜、發酵黃豆、血腸、尼泊爾醬、水牛肉乾同葵瓜子醬,所有材料拌食味道豐富香料味濃郁。Chatamri原來係尼泊爾式薄餅,餅底係用紐瓦斯特產米而造,配上雞肉碎、蛋、洋蔥等村料,食落口感同平時嘅pizza都幾似。仲有點少得蒸餃子,雞肉餃口味比較清淡,配上酸酸辣辣的醬汁非常夾。甜品米布甸椰香味十足,仲食到少少米粒的口感都幾特別。餐廳仲有唔少Cocktail同Mocktail選擇,可以同朋友飲返杯!
