今晚接老婆放工,順便食埋飯先返屋企,經過這間夜梟,午市都是幾十蚊起,晚市應該都唔貴,所以上去一試。餐廳以中式裝潢,而餐牌多以中西合璧為主。煎北海道帶子配藜麥沙律:帶子煎至表面微焦,中間呈刺身狀,下面是健康的藜麥,旁邊的是海草,十分爽口,帶點黑醋的甜香。慢煮叉燒配咸蛋意大利飯:意大利飯中間帶點硬,咸蛋香較微,叉燒燒得很腍且有肉汁,應是梅頭部份,帶點蜜汁香汁。煎銀鱈魚配咸酸菜魚湯:略嫌不夠酸,但辣味剛好,十分刺激,銀鱈魚外皮煎至微脆,雪白魚肉嫩滑,配上酸辣魚湯,味道鮮甜。白酒燴梨配桂花啫喱:有淡淡的酒香,雪梨較結實,桂花香味較濃,甜到入心。
