同朋友去左一間老字號既日式居酒屋,餐廳係正尖東同紅磡之間,非常方便。裝修風格好有日式復古風既感覺,餐廳除左吧台區,仲有4間vip房,方便大家一班人gathering。⦁前菜 $20/位即茶芥加一個小食,小食係涼拌章魚吸盤,用左胡麻醬去撈,整體感覺好fresh。 ⦁沃川刺身拼盤 $498全盤都係時令刺身,包括牡丹蝦、帆立貝、油甘魚、吞拿魚、劍魚腩、三文魚、八爪魚、魷魚等8款刺身!帆立貝好鮮甜,三文魚啖啖肉,所有刺身都好新鮮! ⦁海鮮天婦羅 $298每款外皮都炸得超級香脆,最緊要果外皮好薄,無粉感。入面包住唔同海鮮,有帆立貝夾海膽、蠔🦪、蝦🦐、南瓜🎃、魚🐟等。咁多款黎講蠔、蝦同南瓜係比較出色。 ⦁日本番茄 $48主廚早就撕走了番茄皮🍅,令成個番茄可以被胡麻醬薄薄咁包裹住。口感豐富,仲好開胃。 ⦁雞皮串 $32/串雞皮薄同脆,味道唔會太鹹,另外要提就係感覺唔到油膩感。👍🏻 ⦁梅子茶漬飯 $58茶香味濃,梅子酸酸甜甜,兩樣加埋令茶漬飯味道更有層次。
