前两天终于打卡了心心念念的Harlan's餐厅位于The One 19楼的绝佳位置一进门就被落地窗外的维港夜景惊艳到说不出话🌃我们选择了三道菜的tasting menu 每道都让人惊喜连连💕开胃菜是法国蓝龙虾他他搭配鹅肝脆鸡皮简直绝配！龙虾肉鲜甜弹牙鸡皮酥脆不油腻配上醃制蛋黄口感层次丰富到爆炸💥主菜选了A4和牛肉质软嫩到入口即化油脂香气在嘴里跳舞💃 搭配的藜麦鹰嘴豆芝士饼意外地好吃沾上特调酱汁简直绝了！甜点是腐皮法式千层创意满分💯 豆腐忌廉芝士的绵密口感配上桂花云尼拿雪糕的清香为这顿晚餐画上完美句号✨餐厅氛围超级浪漫看到好多情侣在这里庆祝纪念日💑 服务也超贴心主厨Ken师傅还会出来跟客人互动呢！
