·鐵板燒帆立貝松茸清湯
果然凍凍地嘅天氣就係要食松茸,睇住師傅喺我哋面前處理帆立貝,咬落去嘅時候就食到個帆立貝有幾新鮮彈牙。個火候掌握得好好,表面微微燒香,肉質軟嫩,口感一流。松茸嘅香味撲鼻,配埋清湯更加突出個鮮味。

·鐵板燒大蝦蜜糖山葵醬
其實淨係講過大蝦本身已經好出色,我覺得唔需要點任何醬汁都已經好好食。新鮮彈牙而且又燒到啱啱好,蝦膏一啲都唔腥,平時好少食嘅我都忍唔住食埋啲膏。個多士都係煙燻過嘅,好有心機處理。

·鐵板燒美國牛肉眼薄燒
火候掌握得啱啱好,咬落去感覺到係我鍾意嘅生熟度,肉質好豐富。而且個切片厚薄都適中,肉質都好嫩,油花嘅分布都好均勻,鐵板燒嘅香味真係不得了。有時食鐵板燒牛肉都係得一塊,呢到俾足你兩大塊,都俾得幾疏爽。

·三十六個月風乾伊比利亞火腿炒飯
火腿確實夠晒鹹香,濃郁嘅香味幫個炒飯加咗唔少分,啲火腿又唔會好乾,個飯都炒到啱啱好,粒粒均勻,個份量絕對保證你一定食完覺得飽,再加埋碗好舒服嘅麵豉湯,整體嚟講相當出色。

甜品就係紅豆抹茶布丁,果然去到臨走之前係要食返啲茶類嘅甜品清吓個口腔,「唔係好甜」嘅甜品,絕對係一個好靚嘅收尾。

百香果清新,配搭菠蘿嘅酸甜,再加上青檸酸尾尾,平衡咗成杯嘅甜度。成杯飲落去覺得好舒服,特別當食到有啲膩嘅時候,可以幫你開吓胃。

‣ 20th Gen Rosemary $108
成杯士多啤梨味都好重,而我覺得嗰一撮鹽都真係成杯嘢飲嘅特色嚟,甜中帶鹹嘅味道都真係令人回味無窮,幾有創意。
